Quotes to kick you back into gear

I have been inactive over the last week, repeating that same old same old pattern based on fear of success rather than failure. I have designs, great designs, coming out of my wazoo and yet somehow seem to always find something else to do rather than create them.

Each time I experience this - the frozen numbness that comes with a fear of the unknown, I come back to this quote by Marinne Williamson:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

It is on this principle, to have people shine and express themselves, that Kreated was born. Yet if I do not give myself the same liberty - do the things I love with 100% commitment and love - how is that to have the space to manifest in the lives of others?

So here is the plan for tommorrow:

Choose three things that need doing (go to op-shop for upcycling materials, take pictures of my new designs, post them on etsy) and be true to my word in getting them done. And quit wasting time beating myself up for the time I've already wasted.
